Refined bleaching and pre-formation of Stretch Interwoven Fabric

- Apr 25, 2019-

Stretch Interwoven Fabrics are very wear-resistant, elastic, hand-feeling and cotton's water absorption, comfort and excellent resilience in the use of the fabric, and are favored by consumers.

The pretreatment process of the elastic interwoven fabric is as follows:

Pre-shrinking

Because the width of the fabric is too large, it is necessary to eliminate the tension during weaving, in order to restore its required elastic force, so the medium-width hot water is used for shrinking. If the one-time door width is not in place, it needs to be retracted again.

2. Refined bleaching

After the width, the temperature of the fabric is very high, and direct refining of the bleached cold pile will seriously affect its elastic force, so the mechanical refinement combined method is adopted. After shrinking, drying and cooling, and then entering the cold rolling pile flat rolling alkali rolling. After the fabric is rolled, the coil is placed in the cold stack chamber, and the normal temperature cold pile has minimal damage to the elastic force. Satin fabrics are easy to crimp and must be clipped with bamboo clips when controlling tension.

3. Predetermined shape

The predetermined shape is a key process for controlling the width of the door and stabilizing the size. The quality of the predetermined shape directly affects the shrinkage rate of the finished product. The predetermined shape temperature should not be too high or too low. Too high will affect the elasticity of the spandex yarn, and too low will affect the shrinkage rate. Since the higher temperature that the spandex can withstand is 190 ° C, the setting temperature can be set at about 190 ° C.
