The brushed twill fabric is thick, soft and warm when it is used, and can improve the wearing performance of the fabric to a certain extent during the production process. The textured yarn of the twilled fabric or the high shrinkage polyester knit fabric or machine (Shuttle) fabric after grinding, can be made of a suede fabric.
A certain amount of ground twill weave fabrics will be based on ultra-fine synthetic fiber as raw materials. In the production process, we will effectively apply padding polyurethane emulsion and sanding to obtain synthetic suede with artificial effect. Grinding (or sanding) is similar to fluffing (or brushing) in that it produces fluff on the surface of the fabric.
Brushed twill fabric generally use their metal clothing in the process of fluffing. When they are used, the weft yarns of the fabric are mainly fuzz and long hair. Milling can make the warp and weft yarn produce villi at the same time, and the villi are short and dense. In order to control the strength drop of the fabric, the quality of the pile should be controlled by the shortness and uniformity of the pile.
The twill weave of the twill weave fabric is a structure in which the intertwined points of the warps and the wefts present a certain angle of diagonal lines on the surface of the fabric. On the surface of the fabric, there is a diagonal weave pattern formed by long lines of (or latitude) floats. At least three warp yarns and three weft yarns must be present in a tissue loop that forms a twill.
