Production Process

Surface accessories into the factory inspection → Technical preparation → cutting → sewing → keyhole nail buckle → ironing → garment inspection → packaging → storage or delivery.

After the fabric into the plant to count the number and appearance and internal quality inspection, in line with production requirements in order to put into operation. Before mass production, we must first make technical preparations, including the process list, model making and sample making, and the sample clothes are confirmed by the customer before entering the next production flow. Fabric after cutting, sewing made of semi-finished products, some woven fabric made of semi-finished products, according to the special requirements of the process, the need for post-processing, such as garment washing, garment sand washing, wrinkle wrinkle effect processing and so on, Auxiliary processes and ironing procedures, and then after passing the inspection storage packaging.

Technical preparations

Before mass production, we must first make technical preparations before large-scale production by technicians. Technical preparation, including process list, model development and sample clothing production of three elements. Technical preparation is an important means to ensure that the mass production goes smoothly and the final product meets the customer's requirements.

Process is a single garment processing guidance document, which specifications of the garment, sewing, ironing, packaging and so put forward detailed requirements, with clothing accessories, sewing density and other details are also to be clear, see Table 1 -1. Garment processing in all processes should be strictly according to the requirements of a single process.

Sample production requirements of accurate size, complete specifications. Relevant parts of the contour line exactly match. Sample should be marked on the model number, location, specifications, silk direction and quality requirements, and stamped at the stamped model composite chapter.

After the completion of the process list and model development work, the production of small batch sample clothes can be carried out. The discrepancies can be corrected in time according to the requirements of customers and processes, and the technological difficulties can be tackled in order to facilitate the smooth running of large-scale assembly line work. Sample clothes confirmed by the customer after the signature has become an important basis for testing.
